Travel Blog

Just another WordPress weblog

travel-agent: I see that was your first post on aardvark travel. I also see it was a violation of the advertising rules. Please take the time to read the guidelines on advertising in the forums. Further, cutting and pasting text from another web site to answer questions doesn’t really contribute much of anything..

A friend of mine was there 3 months ago. She loved it and didn’t have any problems. She didn’t even get to know the usual problems like pickpockers.

I heard they’ve some of the lowest crime rates in the world. So I guess, you’ll be safe travelling and wherever you go, normal precautions should always be taken. (pay attention to your bag, don’t use bags you cant close, dont trust everyone taking a picture of you …).

Hi,

I know UK passport holders need a tourist card to visit Cuba and as far as I’m aware this applies to SA as well.

If you are booking accommodation (minimum 3 nights) then your travel agent / supplier maybe able to issue the toursit card for you at a cost of 15 per person.

It is easy to get the tourist card direct from the Cuban Embassey - http://www.cubaldn.com/

I hope you enjoy Cuba it’s a great place!

Cheers.

You should visit Cuba, you wont regret..

You’re in Cuba. Why are you asking this question? It appears this post is for the sole purpose of getting your signature file seen…which has been removed from this post..
